Jefferson Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in New Jersey to provide patient- and family-centered nursing care. You will use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for diverse patient populations.

You will collaborate with patients and care partners to develop individualized plans that respect cultural beliefs and values, while upholding safety and quality standards. A current NJ RN license and BLS certification are required, with BSN preferred.

Formación

• Specialized Diploma from an accredited school of nursing is required.
• Knowledge of patient-/family-centered care and cultural respect.
• BLS certification is required.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities are essential.
• RN license for NJ is required.
