Jefferson Health seeks a dedicated registered nurse to provide patient- and family-centered care in our New Jersey setting. The role emphasizes using the nursing process, coordinating with families, and delivering culturally respectful services.

You will participate in safety initiatives, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to ongoing professional development. Qualified candidates hold an RN license in New Jersey, a nursing diploma (BSN preferred), and BLS certification.

Formación

• Specialized Diploma graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Knowledge of patient- and family-centered care and collaboration with patients and families.
• Cultural awareness and ability to work with diverse populations respectfully.
• Effective communication concepts and delegation within care teams.
• Knowledge of patient assessment and care planning.
• Medication administration and discharge planning knowledge.
• Documentation of health information in electronic records.
• BLS from American Heart Association or Red Cross.
• NJ RN license required.

Responsabilidades
