Job summary

The Christ Hospital Health Network in Norwood, OH is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver comprehensive patient care within our hospital model. The RN will apply clinical judgment across assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation, partnering with patients and families.

Qualifications

• State-licensed RN in Ohio with active Nursings License.
• BSN preferred within five years for appropriate units.

Responsibilities

• Perform holistic nursing assessments and develop a plan of care.
• Communicate with the care team using SBAR and handoff processes.
• Coordinate discharge planning and community referrals as needed.
• Deliver evidence-based nursing care and maintain patient safety.
• Document care accurately in the electronic medical record.
• Demonstrate leadership and mentor peers as appropriate.
