Job summary

• BSN within 5 years of hire if hired after January 2010; MSN or DNP not required but supersede BSN requirement.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates the nursing skills to complete holistic assessment and care planning.
• Communicates the plan of care using SBAR and handoff processes.
• Provides ongoing, individualized patient and family education.
• Responds to emergencies with controlled precision.
• Maintains safety and infection control during care.

Education
