Qualificações

• Specialized Diploma graduate from an accredited nursing school.
• Knowledge of patient- and family-centered care and collaboration with care partners.
• Cultural awareness to serve diverse backgrounds with respect.
• Effective communication; transmit and interpret information clearly.
• Partnership language with patients and families in care planning.
• Appropriate delegation to team members.
• Knowledge to assess ailments and plan treatment.
• Education for patients and designated care partners on condition and meds.
• Knowledge of medications and continuation of treatment post-discharge.
• Discharge planning and arranging post-hospital care.
• Clinical assessment and nursing diagnosis skills.
• Documentation of health information and records.
• BLS, AHA standards; RN in acute care; 1 year experience.
