Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Integrates evidence-based practice and clinical expertise in care delivery.
• Educates patients and families on learning priorities, treatment, and post-discharge steps.
• Uses information technology to communicate, manage knowledge, mitigate error and support ethical decisions.
