Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required or MSN preferred.
• Registered nursing License required.
• BLS within 90 days of hire.
• ACLS within 90 days of hire.
• PALS within 90 days of hire.
• Professional Specialty Nursing Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day-to-day operations during the shift.
• Serve as primary liaison between departments, providing leadership and support to nursing staff, physicians and other healthcare providers.
• Coordinate patient flow and staffing levels, respond to emergencies, and address operational issues during the shift.
