Sentara Martha Jefferson Hospital is hiring a Patient Care Supervisor in Charlottesville, VA! Flexi Schedule- Rotating. The Supervisor, Nursing and Patient Care Services is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the healthcare facility during their shift, ensuring high-quality patient care, safety, and staff efficiency. This position serves as the primary liaison between departments, providing leadership, direction, and support to nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare providers. The Supervisor is also tasked with coordinating patient flow, managing staffing levels, responding to emergencies, and addressing any operational issues that may arise throughout their shift.
