• ACLS provider credentialed from the American Heart Association.

• Provides leadership in the absence of unit manager or administration.
• Ensures delivery of direct and indirect patient care using the Nursing Process.
• Leads quality and safety initiatives aligned with strategic plans.
• Implements and measures clinical quality initiatives and presents data to leaders and staff.
• Collaborates to optimize bed availability and patient care flow in the Clinical Logistics Center.
