Job summary

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• ACLS and/or PALS/NRP as required by unit.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or higher nursing degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and leadership to patient care units.
• Collaborate with manager on staff evaluations, patient flow, and education.
• Coordinate staffing and nursing assignments for shifts; participate in hourly rounding.
