Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a Nurse Supervisor for our patient care units in South Florida. You will provide supervision, guide staff evaluations, and coordinate staffing to ensure smooth patient flow and high-quality care.

Candidates must have a BSN, RN license, and relevant certifications (ACLS/PALS/NRP). The role offers a sign-on bonus up to $20,000 and a competitive pay range based on experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• BSN preferred / required as noted.
• MSN required if Bachelor's is non-nursing.
• ACLS, BLS, PALS or NRP as unit assignment requires within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provides supervision and leadership to the patient care units.
• Collaborates with manager on staff evaluations, patient flow and education.
• Acts as patient/guest service ambassador and assists with problem solving.
• Coordinates staffing and nursing assignments for shifts.
• Participates in hourly rounding and ensures policy compliance.
