Qualifications

• RN licensed in the practicing state.
• Minimum 5 years of RN experience, with home care background.
• At least 2 years of management or supervisory experience in home health.
• Knowledge of Medicare Conditions of Participation and applicable regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Registered nurse with current licensure to practice nursing in the practicing state.
• 5 yrs RN experience with previous experience in home care setting.
• 2 years management or supervisory experience in home health, preferred.
• Knowledge of accepted professional standards and practice, Medicare Conditions of Participation, and federal, state, and local regulatory requirements
