Professional Recruiting Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Patient Care Manager (RN) to lead our home health team in Newport Beach. You will guide clinical staff to deliver compassionate, compliant home health services and drive patient outcomes.

This role requires RN licensure, leadership experience, and knowledge of Medicare Conditions of Participation. You will supervise staff, coordinate care, and promote safety and quality across the organization.

Formación

• Licensed registered nurse with current licensure to practice in the applicable state.
• Minimum of two years of management or supervisory experience in home care or related setting.
• Knowledge of Medicare Conditions of Participation and federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor patient care for high-quality outcomes and consistent service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Registered nurse with current licensure to practice nursing in the practicing state.
• Previous experience in home care setting with two years management or supervisory experience, preferred.
• Knowledge of accepted professional standards and practice, Medicare Conditions of Participation, and federal, state, and local regulatory requirements
