Responsibilities

• Participate in and oversee provision of patient care services per standards and physician orders.
• Observe, assess, and report patient conditions and document changes per policies.
• EMR documentation relevant to patient assessment and care changes.
• May administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Receive, transcribe and execute physicians' orders.
• Evaluate and implement a patient's care plan.
• Direct, monitor and coordinate timely delivery of care by staff.
• Ensure nursing management systems are in-serviced and used in care delivery.
