Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engages patients and families in care decisions, documents care plans with goals and interventions, and performs shift handoffs using safety tools.
• Communicates effectively with the healthcare team, participates in process improvements, and completes required certifications and competencies.
• Delegates tasks to unlicensed staff and participates in patient rounds, ensuring proper interpretation of diagnostic data.
