ICFAI is seeking anRegistered Nurse in Troutman, NC, to coordinate patient care across assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. The RN will delegate nursing activities, administer medications, and ensure high-quality care aligned with policy and standards.

The role requires NC RN licensure, 3 years of medical office experience with supervisory exposure, and strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHR systems is essential.

Qualificações

• Current Registered Nurse licensure in NC.
• 3 years of medical office experience required, 1-3 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• BLS Certification by American Red Cross or the American Heart Association.
• Computer skills to include Microsoft Office and an electronic health record platform.
• Ability to make decisions independently and to resolve problems/conflicts in an effective manner.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Successful completion of a competency-based orientation addressing growth and development needs.

Responsabilidades

• Prescribes nursing care, delegates nursing activities, and coordinates patient care.
• Assesses patient needs, analyzes data, identifies problems, and formulates interventions.
• Uses Standards of Care and procedures in planning care.
• Implements protective/preventative measures when indicated.
• Educates patients and coordinates referrals as needed.
• Administers medications safely and evaluates responses to treatments.
• Handles patient complaints and manages scheduling and registrations.
