• Post-Graduate Certificate or Diploma in Nursing is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred.
• 1-3 years of nursing experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Makes rounds to ensure care per individualized plans.
• Orchestrates patient flow and bed assignments within the shift.
• Assists with emergencies, admissions, and supports direct care.
• Troubleshoots patient safety and care issues during rounds.
• Responds promptly to patient and family concerns.
• Serves as primary contact for physicians and responds to needs.
• Ensures appropriate assignments and collaborates with Case Managers.
• Supports information flow between Clinical Director and staff.
• Collaborates with support departments to ensure timely services.
• Delegates tasks within licensure requirements.
• Participates in quality reviews for clinical care.
• Provides clinical leadership during shifts.
• Supports staff development and on-the-job learning.
• Provides feedback and conducts performance evaluations as directed.
• Creates a positive work environment and aids associate retention.
