• Orchestrate patient flow and bed assignments during shifts.
• Assist with emergencies, admissions, and direct patient care activities.
• Provide leadership and feedback to staff on performance.
• Collaborate with Case Managers for resource use and disposition.
• Support quality reviews and readiness for accreditation.
