Cone Health Medical Group in Greensboro, NC seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality patient care under general supervision. You will assess patients, develop care plans, administer medications, reconcile records, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes.

This role requires at least 1 year of RN experience and NC RN licensure with CPR/BLS certification, with a focus on compassionate, efficient care and adherence to regulatory standards.

Competenze

• 1 year RN experience required.
• Preferred: 1 year in a clinical specialty as defined by ANCC or national nursing organizations.
• Must hold an active North Carolina RN license or NC Compact state license and BLS CPR (American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider).

• Reviews patient needs and conditions to deliver nursing care in assigned unit.
• Analyzes patient information to develop individualized nursing care plans.
• Prepares nursing processes, including medication administration and treatments.
• Reconciles medical records for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
