Job summary

Qualifications

• Required: 1 year as a Registered Nurse.
• Required: RN license in NC or Compact state.
• Required: BLS (CPR) certification.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Review patient needs to deliver nursing care in assigned unit.
• Analyze patient information to develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as part of patient care.
• Reconcile medical records for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Evaluate patient responses and adjust interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team for care planning.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
