Cone Health in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality patient care under supervision and coordinate care through the nursing process and multidisciplinary collaboration. The RN will assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications, reconcile records, and work with the care team to meet defined goals.

Requires an Associate's Degree in Nursing and one year of RN experience, with NC license or a Compact state and BLS

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred.
• 1 year of RN experience required.
• RN license in NC or a Compact state required.
• BLS (CPR) required by applicable standards.

Responsabilités

• Reviews patient needs to deliver nursing care in assigned unit.
• Analyzes patient information to develop individualized care plans.
