Qualifications

• Current and active California RN license.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and nursing standards.
• Monitor residents' conditions and communicate changes to physicians, residents, and family.
• Supervise and support LVNs and CNAs to ensure high-quality resident care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Participate in care conferences and interdisciplinary team meetings.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility policies and regulations.
• Respond to emergencies and resident healthcare needs.

Pay Range: $44.00-$50.00 per hour, DOE
