Job summary

People Incorporated is a human service agency serving the Southcoast community, including the Greater Fall River, New Bedford, and Taunton areas. Since 1968, we have provided supports and services to people of all abilities in the community.

We are seeking compassionate LPN/RN professionals for a 24-hour supported home environment in Taunton and nearby communities. The LPN/RN will deliver premier nursing services to individuals in our care, coordinating care and maintaining dignity and rights.

Qualifications

• MA state LPN or RN license is required.
• A qualifying criminal background check and a valid driver’s license are required.
• TB screening and a physical are required on hire and updated every two years.

Responsibilities

• Provide a structured daily routine including house meetings, outings, meals, ADL care, family visitations, and medication distribution.
• Implement Positive Behavior Support and Individual programs from ISPs.
• Occasionally use de-escalation and crisis management to ensure safety.

Our Residential Program is looking for compassionate LPN and RN professionals to work with medically involved individuals in a 24-hour supported home environment located in Taunton and surrounding communities. The LPN will provide premier services to the individuals in our care.

Responsibilities

• On a daily basis, this position will provide a structured routine that includes but is not limited to house meetings, individual outings, meal preparation, ADL care, facilitate family visitations, and distribute medication while maintaining human rights at all times.


• This position will implement Positive Behavior Support and Individual programs as identified in the Individual Service Plans.


• At times, de-escalation and crisis management techniques may be required to maintain the safety of others.

Requirements

• MA state valid LPN or RN license.


• A qualifying criminal background check and a valid driver’s license are also required.


• A TB screening and Physical is required upon hire and a TB update every two years after
