People Incorporated in Taunton and surrounding communities is seeking compassionate LPN and RN professionals to join our 24-hour supported home environment. The LPN will provide premier services to individuals in our care.

Responsibilities include providing a structured daily routine, including ADL care and medication administration, while coordinating with families and team members to uphold residents’ rights. We offer competitive wages and a comprehensive benefits package.

Our Residential Program is looking for compassionate LPN and RN professionals to work with medically involved individuals in a 24-hour supported home environment located in Taunton and surrounding communities. The LPN will provide premier services to the individuals in our care.

Responsibilities

• On a daily basis, this position will provide a structured routine that includes but is not limited to house meetings, individual outings, meal preparation, ADL care, facilitate family visitations, and distribute medication while maintaining human rights at all times.
• This position will implement Positive Behavior Support and Individual programs as identified in the Individual Service Plans.
• At times, de-escalation and crisis management techniques may be required to maintain the safety of others.

Requirements

• MA state valid LPN or RN license.
• A qualifying criminal background check and a valid driver's license are also required.
• A TB screening and Physical is required upon hire and a TB update every two years after
