Job summary

People Incorporated is seeking LPN/RN professionals to join our Residential Nursing program in Taunton and surrounding communities. The LPN will provide premier licensed nursing care in a 24-hour supported home environment, including medication administration and daily living support.

The role includes implementing behavioral supports and individualized plans, with occasional de-escalation to maintain safety for all residents. Competitive wages with benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• MA state valid LPN or RN license.
• A qualifying criminal background check and a valid driver’s license are required.
• TB screening and Physical are required upon hire and a TB update every two years after.

Responsibilities

• Provide a structured daily routine including house meetings, outings, meal prep, ADL care, family visitations, and distribute medication.
• Implement Positive Behavior Support and Individual programs as identified in the ISP.
• De-escalation and crisis management may be required to ensure safety.

Our Residential Program is looking for compassionate LPN and RN professionals to work with medically involved individuals in a 24-hour supported home environment located in Taunton and surrounding communities. The LPN will provide premier services to the individuals in our care.

Responsibilities

• On a daily basis, this position will provide a structured routine that includes but is not limited to house meetings, individual outings, meal preparation, ADL care, facilitate family visitations, and distribute medication while maintaining human rights at all times.
• This position will implement Positive Behavior Support and Individual programs as identified in the Individual Service Plans.
• At times, de-escalation and crisis management techniques may be required to maintain the safety of others.
