Job summary

People Incorporated is seeking compassionate RN professionals to join a 24-hour supported home environment in Taunton and surrounding communities. The RN will administer medications, support daily routines, and facilitate visits while upholding human rights.

Requirements include MA state RN license or RN license, background check, valid driver’s license, and TB screening with biennial updates. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• MA state RN license or RN license required.
• A qualifying criminal background check is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• TB screening and a physical are required on hire and every two years.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication administration and oversee medication distribution.
• Maintain structured daily routines including house meetings, outings, and meal preparation.
• Support individuals with activities of daily living (ADL) in a 24-hour supported home environment.
• Implement Positive Behavior Support and Individual Programs as per ISPs.
