Guthrie’s 12-bed 9SW unit in Sayre, PA seeks an RN to provide high-quality care for pulmonary and palliative patients. Shifts are 12 hours, day time, 24 hours per week, with no on-call rotation. Eligible for a $5,000 sign-on bonus, relocation up to $12,000, and tuition reimbursement after 90 days.

The role requires active RN licensure in the state, BSN preferred, and BLS/ACLS as applicable. The team emphasizes a supportive culture and professional development.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of employment.
• BSN preferred.
• ACLS is unit dependent.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, comprehensive nursing care in an acute care setting.
• Deliver coordinated, safe, compassionate, evidence-based care.
• Develop and update patient plans of care to meet goals and transitions.
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care, respecting patient autonomy and dignity.
