St. David's Surgical Hospital in Round Rock, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse for PACU Recovery on a 13-week contract. Shift is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM with call four days per week. You will support post-anesthesia recovery across multiple surgical specialties using Meditech EMR and hospital equipment.

Ideal candidates hold a TX RN license with ACLS/BLS/PALS and prior PACU experience. You will collaborate with surgeons and nurses to ensure safe, high-quality postoperative care.

Qualifications

• Current RN license required.
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications.
• PACU or related clinical experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and assess patient recovery post-anesthesia in PACU.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout recovery.
• Administer medications and follow post-operative protocols.
• Document patient progress in the EMR system.
• Collaborate with surgical teams and healthcare professionals.
