Grandview Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse in the Pre Op/Post Op Phase 2 Outpatient Surgery Center. The role requires 0-2 years of acute care experience and licensure as an RN. You will coordinate patient-centered care, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians to ensure optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of clinical nursing in an acute care setting required

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers patient-centered care per nursing process and protocols.
• Assesses patients, documents findings, reports changes to care team.
• Administers prescribed medications and monitors for side effects.
• Assists physicians during procedures within competency.
• Collaborates with healthcare team to implement individualized care plans.
• Responds to medical emergencies and participates in life‑saving interventions.
• Educates patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions.
• Maintains infection control and safety standards; documents care thoroughly.
