Job summary

Wood County Hospital in Ohio is seeking an experienced RN for the PACU to deliver evidenced-based nursing care. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring accurate documentation and patient education from admission to discharge.

This on-site role requires Ohio RN licensure, BLS, ACLS within 90 days, PALS and NRP as applicable, and a willingness to join a team focused on safety and continuous improvement. A Diploma/ADN is required; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma Nurse or ADN from an accredited school of nursing.
• Registered Nurse license in Ohio by time of hire.
• BLS and ACLS within 90 days of hire; PALS within 90 days; NRP within 90 days for relevant areas.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients.
• Maintain accurate, timely reports and records.
• Educate patients and families from admission to discharge.
• Collaborate with health care providers to achieve best outcomes.
