Job summary

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Oklahoma or eNLC state required.
• BLS certification required; Hospice requires CPR per policy.

Responsibilities

• Assess and reassess patients and develop plans of care.
• Implement appropriate patient care interventions.
• Evaluate outcomes of care.
• Supervise and coordinate licensed and non-licensed staff.
• Provide mentorship to non-licensed personnel and students.
