Job summary

HiredFirst in Arizona is seeking an experienced PACU RN for a 13-week assignment. Provide nursing care in the PACU and pre-op areas, monitor patients, and manage airway, vitals, pain control, and postoperative complications in a fast-paced setting.

Collaborate with surgical and anesthesia teams, ensure safe transitions from pre-op to PACU and discharge readiness, and maintain accurate documentation following hospital protocols and standards.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Arizona or a compact state is required.
• Minimum 2 years PACU experience is required.
• Ability to work in both pre-op and PACU settings.
• Strong critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills.

Job description

Location: Arizona 85713
Pay: $1,987 – $2,230/week
Schedule: Day Shift, 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Shift Type: 4x10-hour shifts (Monday–Friday with varying days off)
Call: 5–6 call shifts per 4-week schedule
Contract: 13 week assignment
