Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions in Greeley, CO seeks a registered nurse with PACU or perioperative experience to perform post-anesthesia assessments, monitor PACU patients, and collaborate with surgeons and nursing staff.

This on-site role requires an active RN license, ACLS/PALS, strong documentation in the EHR, infection control, and commitment to turnover targets.

You will provide education to patients and families and participate in QA initiatives while ensuring compliance with hospital policies.

Job description

Primary location is NCMC PACU and pre-op, but you must float to Loveland or BFC PACU/Pre-Op as needed.

PALS and ACLS required.

One 24-hour call per month on Saturday (0700-0700) or Sunday (0700-0700).

2 weeknight calls a month (1900-0700) and holiday rotation per unit policy.

Responsibilities

Perform post-anesthesia assessments and monitor PACU patients for stability.

Document patient status, interventions, and outcomes in the EHR with accuracy.
