Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking an experienced PACU Registered Nurse to support patients in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit and pre-operative areas in Colorado. The assignment is a 13-week contract with shifts from 5:30 AM to 3:00 PM, plus on-call duties including one 24-hour call per month on weekends and two weeknights per month.

Job Description

The candidate will primarily work at the designated facility but may be required to float to alternate locations as needed. This position mandates adherence to all professional standards and guidelines.

• Provide post-operative care and support to patients recovering from anesthesia.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and multi-disciplinary teams.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 24 months of recent PACU experience.
• Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications from approved providers.
• No hits on the state license to practice in Colorado.
• A valid driver's license for residency verification.
• Travel experience is highly preferred.
