Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking an RN to join the PACU team in Duluth, GA for a 13-week travel assignment. The RN will provide recovery care after anesthesia, monitor patients closely, and work with a multidisciplinary team on pain management.

The role requires at least 2 years in PACU, BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications, and Cerner EHR experience. Schedule varies; 12-hour shifts, 3 days per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of PACU experience.
• BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications required.
• Experience with Cerner electronic health record system.
• PACU experience preferred in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality recovery care from anesthesia.
• Monitor patients closely and assess condition regularly.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to manage pain effectively.

Job Description

The RN in the PACU (Post-Anesthesia Care Unit) will provide high-quality patient care during recovery from anesthesia. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, the RN will ensure patients are monitored closely, assessing their condition and managing pain effectively.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of recent PACU experience
• AHA BLS certification
• ACLS and PALS certifications
• Experience with Cerner electronic health record system
