Job summary

Cynet HealthStaff is seeking a Phase I Recovery RN for a Level III trauma center. The role focuses on post-anesthesia recovery across general surgery, orthopedics, neurology, OB/GYN, urology, ENT, and robotics. The unit supports 7 beds with close patient monitoring.

Candidates should have a RN license, at least 3 years in PACU, and certifications (BLS/ACLS). Willingness to float to related departments is required, with a dynamic, outdoor-friendly work locale in Farmington, NM.

Qualifications

• RN with minimum 3 years of PACU experience.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Must-Have: trauma level recovery experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide PACU recovery care for a range of surgeries.
• Float to pre-operative or endoscopy departments if needed.
• Maintain patient safety and 1:1 to 1:2 nursing care ratios.
