Job summary

Mass General Brigham seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to manage the nursing process and deliver patient and family centered care in our Cardiology/Pacemaker-ICD Clinic. The role supports device checks, patient education, and close collaboration with physicians.

The position requires a nursing certificate/diploma or BSN, RN licensure, and at least 3 years in a Pacemaker/ICD clinic. Schedule is 30 hours/week, onsite at 81 Highland Ave.

Qualifications

• Nursing certificate/diploma or bachelor's degree in nursing.
• Licensed Registered Nurse in the relevant state.
• 3+ years of experience in a Pacemaker/ICD clinic.

Responsibilities

• Perform/in-clinic device checks and interrogations.
• Monitor remote device transmissions and escalate abnormal findings.
• Assess patients for symptoms, arrhythmias, and device-related issues.
• Educate patients and families on device care and remote monitoring.
• Collaborate with cardiologists, electrophysiologists, device reps and other staff.
• Coordinate follow-up care and share device information across settings.
• Document evaluations, findings, interventions, and follow-up plans.
• Support safe, high-quality patient-centered care in Cardiology/Pacemaker-ICD Clinic.
