Job summary

Providence PACE Oregon seeks a Community Care RN to provide and supervise professional nursing care for patients, following the nursing process and the Oregon Nurse Practice Act. Responsibilities include assessment, planning, delegation, teaching and supervision of care to promote patients' health and independence.

The role may require weekend shifts and is based on-site at Providence PACE Tanasbourne in Beaverton, OR.

Qualifications

• Oregon RN license required at hire.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred; other position-specific certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and supervise professional nursing care for Providence patients.
• Use nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care and delegate tasks as appropriate.
• May rotate through weekend shifts as needed.
