Job summary

Timberlyn Heights Nursing & Rehabilitation in Great Barrington, MA seeks an RN for the overnight 11pm–7am shift, Monday through Friday. You will join an interdisciplinary team delivering high-quality, compassionate care to residents with behavioral health needs in a safe and supportive environment.

Responsibilities include assessments, care planning, medication administration, and collaboration with providers to optimize resident outcomes.

• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to healthcare providers
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and staff
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Requirements:

• Current RN lic
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of behavioral health principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
