Timberlyn Heights Nursing & Rehabilitation in Great Barrington, MA is seeking a compassionate RN to join our overnight team from 11p-7a. This Full-Time role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive, resident-centered care in a supportive environment.

As part of an interdisciplinary team, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, administer medications, monitor residents, and collaborate on individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Current RN lic
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of behavioral health principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to residents with behavioral health needs, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to healthcare providers
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and staff
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Demonstrate respect, honesty, communication, and emotional intelligence when caring for patients, families, and colleagues
