Nebraska Methodist Health System in Council Bluffs, IA is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our patient‑centered care team. Location: 933 E. Pierce St., Council Bluffs.

The role features mostly day shifts with on‑call responsibilities during weekends, evenings and holidays. You will assess patients, plan and implement individualized care, collaborate with physicians, and educate patients and families to support optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal communication and collaboration with patients, families and care teams.
• Ability to develop and revise individualized care plans based on patient needs.
• Proficient in safe medication administration and monitoring.
• Strong patient education and teaching abilities for diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care tailored to age and population of patients.
• Assess patient conditions and determine ongoing nursing needs.
• Collaborate with physicians and other disciplines to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and treatments.
• Ensure safe medication administration and accurate charting.
