UNM Hospital in Gallup, NM is seeking a full-time registered nurse to lead a nursing team on the Day shift within the Gallup Multidisciplinary Clinic. You will assign nurses and technicians using independent judgment and ensure care aligns with the plan of care and hospital policies.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, delegating duties, and maintaining a safe environment while delivering patient-centered care across age groups. Requires active NM RN license and CPR/BLS certification.

Qualifications

• RN license in NM or eligible via reciprocal agreement.
• CPR for Healthcare/BLS within 30 days of hire.
• At least 2 years of direct nursing experience.

Responsabilités

• Adhere to the general nursing process and assign nursing and tech staff.
• Designate shift and schedule assignments; monitor attendance.
• Supervise staff and serve as a clinical resource for the team.
• Ensure adequate staffing to meet patient census and safety standards.
• Deliver direct patient care and ensure adherence to policies.
