Capital Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our ambulatory/clinical settings. The role requires an Associate Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred), current RN license in NJ or PA, and BLS certification. At least one year of acute, urgent care, or outpatient experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or graduation from an accredited school of nursing. BSN preferred.
• NJ or PA license based on primary state office location or multi-state compact license required.
• Must have applied for second out of state RN license within three months from date of hire.
• One year experience in an acute, urgent care or outpatient setting.
• AHA BLS - Healthcare Provider

Responsabilités

• Triages and assesses patients and determines clinical priority by reviewing history, records and notes.
• Coordinates patient medical calls and schedules treatment per protocol.
• Administers medications accurately and safely; documents in patient records.
• Performs nursing care and treatment modalities; assists physicians with procedures.
• Recognizes changes in patient condition and communicates with the care team.
• Maintains documentation and quality control per policies; supports QA initiatives.
• Adapts to changing department demands and assists coworkers during peak periods.
• Performs other duties as assigned across Capital Health Medical Group practices.
