Capital Health is seeking an experienced RN for an outpatient primary care practice in Hamilton, NJ. This full-time day shift role involves triaging patients, performing assessments, recording vital signs, and coordinating care with physicians.

You will document care, review medication refills, perform procedures as needed, and support ambulatory care standards. The ideal candidate holds an Associate's degree in Nursing with NJ/PA licensure and BLS certification; one year of ambulatory or urgent

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in nursing from an accredited program.
• NJ or PA nursing license required; multi-state license okay.
• One year of experience in acute, urgent care or outpatient setting preferred.
• Current AHA BLS Healthcare Provider certification required.
• This position is in an outpatient primary care/ambulatory setting.

Responsibilities

• Triages and assesses patients, prioritizes clinical needs.
• Reviews patient records and physician notes to guide care.
• Assess patient history, screen for conditions, document findings.
• Coordinate treatment plans and scheduling with LIPs and staff.
• Review medication refills, lab results, and test outcomes daily.
• Administer medications and assist procedures as needed.
• Document nursing actions clearly in patient charts and QA.
