Freeman Health System in Missouri is seeking a full-time RN for the Orthopedics unit on Freeman Hospital West to provide post-operative care and coordinate with the therapy team for recovery. The role emphasizes patient-centered care and safety.

Full-Time Nights | 36 hours per week
Located on the fourth floor of the Tower at Freeman Hospital West 29-bed unit providing post-operative care to adult patients following Orthopedic trauma, head injury, and scheduled joint or spine surgery
We provide a patient-centered approach to helping patients return to their best by coordinating efforts with our therapy team to help ensure a successful recovery

In Conjunction With The Medical Plan Of Care, Independently Performs Systematic And Continuous Assessment Of The Physical, Emotional, Clinical, And Psychosocial Needs Of Assigned Patients And Families; Plans And Implements Appropriate Interventions; And Evaluates Effectiveness And Adjusts Plan As Indicated In A Timely Manner In The Provision Of Safe And Effective Care.
Current Missouri Registered Nurse License Or Current Registered Nurse License From A Compact State. If A Compact License Is Held, It Must Be In The Nurse's State Of Residence.
