Freeman Health System is seeking a registered nurse for PRN scheduling to perform comprehensive assessments and independently plan and implement care in alignment with the Medical Plan Of Care. Responsibilities include creating interventions and evaluating outcomes for safe, effective patient care.
Requirements include Missouri RN license or compact license, with fast-track PCO if needed, ACLS, BLS, ASLS, NIH Stroke Scale, CPI and annual competency documentation.

Schedule: PRN What You’ll Do In conjunction with the Medical Plan Of Care, independently perform systematic and continuous assessment of the physical, emotional, clinical, and psychosocial needs of assigned patients and families: plans and implements appropriate interventions; and evaluate effectiveness and adjusts plan as indicated in a timely manner in the provision of safe and effective care.
