Job summary

Freeman Health System in Missouri seeks a full-time registered nurse to perform comprehensive patient assessments, develop care plans in collaboration with the medical team, and deliver safe, high-quality care across units. You will monitor patient responses, coordinate interventions, and document findings in the medical record.

This role requires current MO RN licensure or a compact-state license and a commitment to compassionate, evidence-based practice.

What You'll Do

In Conjunction With The Medical Plan Of Care, Independently Performs Systematic And Continuous Assessment Of The Physical, Emotional, Clinical, And Psychosocial Needs Of Assigned Patients And Families; Plans And Implements Appropriate Interventions; And Evaluates Effectiveness And Adjusts Plan As Indicated In A Timely Manner In The Provision Of Safe And Effective Care.

Requirements

Current Missouri Registered Nurse License Or Current Registered Nurse License From A Compact State. If A Compact License Is Held, It Must Be In The Nurses State Of Residence.
