Job summary

Community Medical Centers is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Med Surg team at the Community Regional campus in Downtown Fresno. Join a renowned Level I Trauma Center with growth opportunities and a strong focus on staff development.

You will provide direct patient care, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and participate in an advancement pathway designed for growth within our organization.

Qualifications

• Graduate of approved nursing program required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Must have at least 2+ years acute care RN experience.
• RN - Current State of California Registered Nurse license required.
• BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in Med Surg units using evidence-based practices.
• Coordinate with physicians, ancillary staff and families to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and uphold safety and regulatory standards.
• Support a diverse patient population and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve high-quality outcomes.
