Job summary

Community Medical Centers is seeking an RN Manager of Cardiac Procedural Services at Fresno Heart & Surgical Hospital to lead teams across Cath Lab, Cardiology, PICA and Structural Heart programs. You will guide operations, improve patient outcomes, and drive clinical quality in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You will oversee staffing, scheduling, and patient throughput while ensuring regulatory compliance and patient safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, HSE, or CHS Approved IEP Certificate required.
• 3 years of relevant experience in healthcare required.
• Previous leadership experience in healthcare required.
• RN license in California required.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers required by AHA.

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE), or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificaterequired

• Demonstratedexpertisein the service area and leadership abilityrequired

• 3 years of relevant experience in the healthcare industry or a healthcare settingrequired

• Previousleadership experience in the healthcare industry or a healthcare settingrequired

Licenses and Certifications

• RN - Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of Californiarequired

• BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA)required
