Job summary

Community Health System in Fresno/Clovis CA is seeking an experienced RN to join the quality and clinical governance team. The role focuses on elevating patient safety, improving CMS/Leapfrog measures, and driving data-informed improvements across our hospitals and clinics.

The position requires a Bachelor’s in Nursing or related field, 5 years of quality or healthcare administration experience, and active California RN licensure with BLS certification.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Healthcare related field required.
5 years of quality, clinical, compliance, or healthcare administration experience required.
Experience with regulatory bodies and requirements for process implementation (e.g., TJC, CDPH, CMS) required.
Educational and training experience required.
Project management experience required.

Responsibilities

Elevate organizational quality performance and patient safety initiatives across hospitals and clinics.
Identify trends in clinical outcomes and translate data into actionable insights.
Partner with departments to support meaningful and sustainable improvements.

Responsibilities

As part of Community Health System, you will join a team dedicated to advancing patient safety and improving clinical outcomes across our hospitals and clinics. In this role, you will use your clinical background and analytical skills to elevate organizational quality performance, including national standards such as the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) 5-Star Quality Rating and the Leapfrog Safety Grade.

In this role, you willidentifytrends in clinical outcomes, translate performance data into clear and actionable insights, and partner with departments to support meaningful and sustainable improvements. Your work will help drive patient safety initiatives, strengthen care deliveryprocessesand support caregivers and leaders in making data-informed decisions that enhance the quality of care across the system.
